Our staff are experienced and will ensure a successful first time on the job both for you and the employee.

We have knowledge about recruitment and any potential support you and/ or your employee might need and have a right to claim. This may involve the need to try out with an internship, “nystartsjobb” or subsidies to adapt to the workplace for the employee. We will, if needed, be present to ensure a smooth onboarding for the first four months.

Transition/ Outplacement

In conjunction with staff reductions and organizational changes, solutions that support both employers and individuals are required. Our experienced teams will design the most appropriate way forward by looking at the individual's needs and the employer's perspective. We are involved in the whole process before, during and after.

Vocational rehabilitation is a good way to promote return to work. A plan will be developed together with one of our experienced staff members. The plan could, for example, include:
